A complex journey, managed without surgical intervention
A challenging case from every perspective, successfully completed. Following an initial treatment phase of several months with a maxillary expander and face mask, the treatment continued with fixed braces, allowing us to achieve important corrections without resorting to surgery.
Multiple functional and dental corrections
Throughout the treatment, multiple issues were corrected: dental and skeletal Class III, anterior and lateral crossbite, impacted canine, dental rotations, as well as phonetic, functional, and chewing difficulties. The progress was steady, and the final result reflects both the complexity and the effectiveness of the chosen treatment plan.
